College Futures Foundation Funds Leadership Training Programs To Sustain ‘Caring Campus’ Initiatives
The California-based College Futures Foundation has awarded a $367,000 grant to the Institute for Evidence-Based Change (IEBC). The grant will support training programs for classified professionals as they institutionalize Caring Campus initiatives at their colleges throughout California.

Through its support of the culture-changing Caring Campus approach, the College Futures Foundation partners with IEBC through its work with the California Community Colleges Classified Senate (4CS) to drive sustainable, lasting growth in student success outcomes.

“The California Community Colleges Classified Senate looks forward to expanding leadership and student success opportunities across the state,” said Trisha Albertsen, 4CS President. “Classified professionals are often the first point of contact for students, and as such, make an impact on student engagement.”

“The California Community Colleges Classified Senate (4CS) is the ideal organization to partner with on supporting Caring Campus across California,” said IEBC President/CEO Brad Phillips.
