Manoj Choudhary, as administrative assistant, supports the Institute for Evidence-Based Change with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a thoughtful approach to communication. He brings a unique background that combines experience in education, administrative operations, and technology.

Prior to joining IEBC, Manoj led the implementation of digital learning platforms, managed curriculum development, and supported the deployment of training solutions. Throughout his career in education, Manoj has cultivated lasting client relationships by delivering highly personalized communication and developing strategic solutions, consistently achieving client goals.

Manoj holds a master’s degree in Computer Forensics and Cyber Investigations from The George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University.
