Dr. Stephanie Sutton has over 30 years of experience in higher education, with a strong focus on enrollment management and advancing student services and success initiatives. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Enrollment Management at Stark State College from May 2018 to June 2024. She has also served as the Associate Provost of Enrollment Management & Student Success at Lorain County Community College (LCCC), where she first began her distinguished career.

Upon her retirement, Dr. Sutton has continued to contribute to the field through her involvement in guided pathways and other student success initiatives, as well as higher education consulting. She has served as an AACC Pathways coach and currently collaborates with the Texas Success Center’s Talent Strong Texas Pathways Program.

A proud alumna of the community college system, Dr. Sutton has held various key positions, including Director of Financial Aid and Dean of Enrollment, Financial, and Career Services. She has also shared her expertise as an adjunct faculty member at LCCC. Known for her student-centered leadership, Dr. Sutton has dedicated her career to enhancing enrollment management and student success.

Dr. Sutton earned her Doctorate in Education with a specialization in Educational Leadership and Management from Capella University, graduating with distinction. She is a sought-after presenter and coach at both state and national levels, covering topics such as financial aid, enrollment services, guided pathways, advising redesign, and other student success initiatives.
