Data use overview
Data Use is about improving how people and organizations make sense of data and turn it into useful, usable and actionable information for making decisions that lead to improvements in racial equity and increased student success for all.
IEBC created a three-part model for data use to support student success: analytics, human judgment and decision-making and organizational habits. Our model addresses how to turn data into information and present it in ways that capitalize on what we know about how people process information for action and how organizations change.
