Four New Coaches Join IEBC Effort To Improve Student Success

Honoring the Past: Embracing the Future
The In-Service/All College Day convocation at Victor Valley College welcomed IEBC President Brad Phillips’ presentation on Honoring the Past: Embracing the Future. College President Dan Walden reports that Brad created an invigorating and engaging atmosphere for almost 370+ attendees and generated outstanding feedback.
Data Informed at State Center Community College District and the College of DuPage
IEBC’s Brad and Jordan recently conducted several data use retreats. The first was for the State Center Community College District (SCCCD) in California where they worked with administrators, faculty and staff from a variety of departments and divisions to better understand the use of leading and lagging indicators and their role in strategic planning.

This year has found increased requests for IEBC Data Use workshops. In California and Illinois in the last few months, data use retreats have been conducted by Brad Phillips, IEBC CEO and Jordan Horowitz, IEBC COO.
