(Long Beach, Calif.) – The Institute for Evidence-Based Change (IEBC) has added four new coaches to its Caring Campus team to work with additional community colleges as part of its nationwide expansion.

The In-Service/All College Day convocation at Victor Valley College welcomed IEBC President Brad Phillips’ presentation on Honoring the Past: Embracing the Future. College President Dan Walden reports that Brad created an invigorating and engaging atmosphere for almost 370+ attendees and generated outstanding feedback.
IEBC’s Brad and Jordan recently conducted several data use retreats. The first was for the State Center Community College District (SCCCD) in California where they worked with administrators, faculty and staff from a variety of departments and divisions to better understand the use of leading and lagging indicators and their role in strategic planning.

ECMC Foundation, a nationally focused foundation investing in initiatives that improve educational outcomes and support post-secondary education and career success among underserved populations, is providing funding to the Institute for Evidence-Based Change (IEBC) to expand its Caring Campus Initiative.
