Janet Nowell, IEBC’s superb senior executive assistant, administrative manager and program coordinator, is retiring at the end of this week, July 15. She has overseen IEBC operations and provided a wide variety of skilled administrative and clerical support prior to, and after, the official launching of IEBC on May 18, 2011.
